Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses the Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Safety & airspace

You may not use the Service to plan, promote, or broadcast a drone show that violates airspace restrictions or aviation law, endangers people or property, or is conducted without required authorizations, certifications, and insurance. FAA airspace overlays and AI feasibility checks in the Service are advisory only and do not constitute flight authorization.

2. Prohibited content & conduct

Do not use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy); upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; use music or media you are not licensed to use; harass, defraud, or deceive; or send spam or unlawful communications.

3. Security & integrity

Do not attempt to breach or probe security, defeat tenant isolation, access another Operator's or client's data, disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to develop a competing service. Do not circumvent usage limits, billing, rate limits, or safety/billing controls (including AI metering and the flight-readiness gate).

4. Payments & money movement

Do not use the Service for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or to process payments unrelated to legitimate drone-show services. Tips and cause features may not be used to misrepresent how funds are used.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, suspension, or termination, and may report unlawful activity to authorities. Report abuse to abuse@aurorashows.com.
